Thank you so much for supporting the 70th National Square Dance Convention®. We wanted to let you know the two options for the dinner on Wednesday night at 5:30 before the Elvis Show (which you will really enjoy).
One option is Chicken Cordon Bleu – chicken breast stuffed with honey ham, American and Swiss cheese breaded with panko breadcrumbs and fried to golden perfection served over home-style mashed Yukon gold potatoes and chef’s seasonal vegetable selection
Second option is Southern Fried Pork Chop – six-ounce southern fried pork chops served over black pepper cream gravy served with home-style Yukon gold mashed potatoes and chef’s choice vegetable selection garnished with scallions.
You will also have a JCC House salad which is mixed greens topped with Roma tomato, English cucumber, red onion and croutons. And you will have fresh baked dinner rolls & butter. Choice of drinks will be water, fresh brewed Iced Tea (sweet and unsweet) and fresh brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee.
And there will be a choice of cheesecake or chocolate cake at each table.
Please let us know whether you want the Chicken Cordon Bleu or the Southern Fried Porkchop. When you check in at the registration table, you will be given a colored place card that shows the food you ordered that you put on your table to get the proper food.
If you have any special food needs because of health issues, please let us know so we can try to help you.
